EViE Financial Mission, Vision & Values

EViE Financial was founded on the premise of financial wellness and empowerment for all.

Our mission is simple: to guide clients and those they care about toward confidently defining and realizing their financial goals. Whether women executives, soon-to-be and recent retirees, young professionals, or entrepreneurs, we achieve this mission through goal-oriented financial planning and values-based wealth and investment management.

For each client we work with, our focus remains on actionable financial education combined with our firm values. This directs our vision of EViE for the future: to cultivate a diverse and inclusive community of clients who are secure in their financial lives.

To achieve this vision and live out the mission we’ve set, our team encompasses our core values with every event, interaction with a client, and service to the community.

Education - We passionately provide sound, actionable financial education to our clients and our communities at every opportunity. 

Vitality - We position our clients to function from a position of strength and positive energy in their financial lives, as we strive to do as advisors and team members. 

Independence - We provide an independent approach to financial planning, wealth management, risk management, and business consulting, in our recommendations and implementation. 

Empowerment - We work to empower our clients and our team members on their financial journey, no matter where they started or where they are headed.

EViE Financial also has a firm commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Melissa, our Founder, is an active participant in DEI initiatives and groups, and she speaks at advisor conferences and other industry events about her experience being a triple minority in financial services (a black, elder millennial woman).
