Announcement: Exciting Changes at EViE Financial!

If you know us, you can probably already tell that we are passionate about continuous improvement. Our commitment to provide services and resources that meet our high standards has led us to make a change to our back office service provider.


Moving forward, we will be switching to a new provider for our back office needs. We believe that our new back-office partnership will provide our clients with a much smoother experience when it comes to things like paperwork, processing times, online access to accounts and dashboards, and certain other factors that impact their financial pictures and experience in working with us. 


It’s important to note that we at EViE Financial are still the same team you’ve come to know — our partners and clients will still work directly with us as they have in the past! We’re simply making this back office change because we believe that it will allow us to provide the higher standard of service that we strive for in accordance with our core values.


Clients and Partners: How This Affects You

While this process will require your help with a small amount of up-front paperwork to allow our team to continue managing and providing service for your accounts, we are confident that you’ll see a positive shift in the aforementioned services going forward!


Please be on the lookout for communication from us with regard to your accounts. If you haven’t already, you’ll soon be receiving an email from us that details what we’ve discussed here. Additionally, we will be sending over paperwork via DocuSign and/or email, and will provide clear instructions should they be needed. 


This process will be fairly simple, but we know change can inspire questions; if you’d like to discuss this shift and how it may impact you, we’re very happy to help! Just reach out to us and we’ll be glad to get you scheduled for a chat with an advisor, or to answer your questions via email if that’s your preference.
